Looking to Build Your Career with Solomon’s Landscape & Design?

Interested in a career that will promote satisfaction in the work you do? At Solomon’s Landscape & Design, we don’t just look for “labor.” We’re looking for people who want a place to belong, who care about their work, and who want to be part of something that serves our clients, our team, and our community for years to come. If that sounds like you, you’re in the right place!

Who Solomon’s Landscape & Design Is

Rooted in South Carolina

Solomon’s Landscape & Design is a local landscaping company based right here in South Carolina. We know the neighborhoods, the soil, the weather, and the people because this is home for us, too. Between Five Forks, Greenville & Simpsonville SC and the surrounding areas, we’ve built our reputation on being local landscaping experts our neighbors can count on.

We don’t try to be everything to everyone. We focus on serving residential clients in our community, solving their toughest landscaping challenges, and caring for their properties like they were our own. When we pull up to a job, we know the work we do is helping a family feel proud of where they live day in and day out.

A Day in the Life For Our Company & Crew

On any given day, you’ll find our crews out mowing, trimming, planting, installing sod and mulch, installing drainage solutions, and maintaining beautiful landscapes throughout our area. The work is hands-on and physical. It’s early mornings, South Carolina heat, rainy days, muddy boots, and a lot of time on your feet!

However, it’s also seeing a project come together from bare dirt to a finished landscape. It’s standing back at the end of the day and knowing, “We did that.” Our team takes pride in the details, such as straight lawn lines, clean edges, tidy beds, and safe, organized job sites. That’s the standard we hold ourselves to on every single project we take on.

Our Mission, Purpose & Core Values

We Create and Maintain Beautiful Llandscapes For Generations

When we say “serve,” we mean a few different things. We serve our people by providing a place to work that feels like home with a team that is supported and given room to grow. We also, first and foremost, serve our clients by taking on work they may not have the time, ability, or desire to do themselves, and by doing it with care. Lastly (and certainly not least), we serve our community through donations, projects, and giving back to the place that has supported us over the years. We’re not just after the job today; we’re investing in relationships and landscapes that last!

To live out that mission, we lean on three core values. These are our guideposts on how we operate, no matter where we are or what we’re doing:

  • Integrity – Doing what you say and saying what you do. Standing behind your words and your work, even when nobody is watching.

  • Service – Taking intentional actions that benefit others for clients, teammates, vendors, and the overall community. We start by asking, “How can what I’m doing right now help someone else?”

  • Excellence – Holding yourself to high standards, going all in on the task in front of you, and giving your best effort, whether you’re edging a small bed or building a full outdoor space.

If these principles line up with how you want to live and work, you’ll fit in well here!

Who Can Join Our Close-Knit Team?

We’ll be honest: this work isn’t for everyone. It’s outdoors. It’s physical. Some days it’s hot, some days it’s cold and wet, and some days it’s just plain hard. But if you love being outside, enjoy staying active, and feel proud when you can see the results of your effort at the end of the day, this can be a very rewarding career.

We’re looking for people who:

  • Have a positive attitude and show up ready to work

  • Respect their teammates and are willing to learn and listen

  • Can perform physical outdoor labor such as lifting, bending, digging, and standing for long periods

  • Are comfortable working in different weather conditions

  • Take ownership of their work and care about the details.

  • Want to grow their skills and build a long-term career, not just punch a clock.

Minimum Requirements

  • Able to work on-site at our job location
  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Valid driver’s license with a good driving record

Pay & Benefits

We believe that if you’re willing to give your best, you deserve to be taken care of in return. When you join Solomon’s Landscape & Design, you can:

  • Earn up to $680 per week

  • Get paid weekly, so your hard work shows up in your paycheck right away.

  • Qualify for performance bonuses that reward reliability and excellent work.

  • Receive paid time off, because rest and recovery matter.

  • Access healthcare reimbursement to help support your health and well-being

  • Have uniforms and work gear provided, so you can work safely and professionally without wearing out your own equipment

  • Enjoy quarterly company outings where we set the work aside for a bit and simply relax, connect, and have fun as a team.

When you put in the effort, we do our best to match that with opportunity, stability, and a strong team around you.
